The Organizational Assessment & Diagnostic Report
Members of the board EDI Committee conducted a series of hour-long semi-structured interviews as a way to gather data about QCF from folks across a variety of stakeholder perspectives. This report is the result of the first year of a multi-year/ ongoing approach to organizational assessment through stakeholder analyses and materials review in order to make recommendations for future equity, diversity, and inclusion planning, based on an initial organizational assessment of the current culture.

Plan on a Page
At the turn of each fiscal year, the staff works together with the Board of Directors to develop our Plan on a Page (POAP), the roadmap for our programming, operations, and more.
Accountability requires transparent, measurable goals, and the POAP features Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in each organizational department we aspire, as a team, to reach. Q Christian’s fiscal year begins May 1st.
