About Q Christian Fellowship
Q Christian Fellowship (QCF) is the largest organization of LGBTQ+ Christians in the world.
Mission
Q Christian Fellowship’s mission is to cultivate radical belonging among LGBTQ+ people and allies through a commitment to growth, community, and relational justice.
Vision
Q Christian Fellowship prophetically models a world where all LGBTQ+ people are fully loved by family, church, and community, and Christians worldwide live up to their calling to be instruments of grace and defenders of the outcasts.
Over the past 20 years, the organization has grown to:
host an annual (January) international gathering of about 1,000 LGBTQ+ Christians and allies, including youth, clergy, and families

host weekly Community Groups serving 1000+ registrants throughout the year that support parents, allies, newly out LGBTQ+ people and cultivates affinity spaces for trans and gender-expansive identities, those who identify as BIPOC, asexual people, and individuals of other identities
publish many other resources for reconciling faith with sexuality and gender identity as well as providing resources and gatherings for parents, clergy, and allies.
Q Christian Fellowship and its programming are guided by these values:
Model radical belonging
